MAGAs: Admit why you love when Trump treats immigrants worse than your pets
We all know. The truth will set you free.

Everyone knows Trump’s unspeakable abuse of immigrants from Latin America has one audience: His hardcore MAGA base.
But why do MAGAs take such nasty glee from hurting their fellow humans?
Why do they thrill when even innocent, legal, birthright immigrants are rounded up, arrested, and jailed in squalid conditions without Constitutional due process? And treated as guilty until proven innocent, without the decency of notifying frightened families? All of which MAGAs would scream about if it happened to them or their loved ones?
MAGAs used to fear fascist jack-booted government thugs in tactical gear coming to take away their rights. Why do they cheer when it happens to immigrants? And applaud the deliberately punishing conditions at Alligator Alcatraz for immigrants to suffer beyond any alleged crime?
Ask MAGAs. You’ll get several defensive answers that cover up the real reason:
The illegals are dangerous criminals
Of course, very few are.
Native-born Americans are overwhelmingly more likely to commit violent, deadly crimes. Most undocumented immigrants, including desperate asylum seekers under international law, are so appreciative to escape hunger and violence, and make a better life for their children, that they keep to the straight and narrow.
As for claims that immigrants rape, rob, and murder, well, so did Trump, given his record of sexual assault, felony convictions, and large-scale deaths he caused from his Covid denials, with more to come from his Medicaid slashes.
MAGAs don’t seem to care if the President of the United States has a longer criminal record than migrants picked up and held for traffic violations.
They’re illegal!
Well, again, so is Trump, the J6 rioters, and hundreds of his felonious allies he pardoned to felony again.
And let anyone who’s driven home from a bar or party with a blood alcohol level above the 0.8% legal limit cast the first accusation.
Interesting that mega-Trump states like Wyoming, Montana, South Carolina, North Dakota, New Mexico, and Alabama top the national list for drunk driving and fatalities. Many drivers are caught without legal government papers, such as a license and registration.
Immigrants are taking American jobs
Silly billy — MAGAs can’t, won’t, or don’t need to take low-paid, backbreaking jobs under horrible conditions that immigrants are happy to do to feed their families and work hard for the American Dream.
MAGAs are the new Reagan welfare queens living on the taxpayer dole. Not unlike Trump’s billionaire buddies, whom he’s rewarding with even bigger tax breaks that every American will fund for years to come.
When’s the last time you saw a MAGA at the Home Depot parking lot trying to pick up a day’s work to cover the cost of Trump tariffs at Walmart? Or picking crops for the Piggly Wiggly? Or washing dishes at Cracker Barrel? Or cleaning homes and gardening for rich, Trump-backing Republicans at their third vacation homes?
Some people — not me — say MAGAs instead are relaxing at home watching Fox on big-screen TVs and cheering ICE arrests of immigrant workers they depend on.
Immigrants are taking over America
Immigrants, legal or otherwise, are invading America in swarms and poisoning our white Christian European blood, MAGAs say. Like the white Christian European immigrants invaded America in swarms over the last six centuries, but that’s different.
Shades of neo-Nazi white supremacists chanting, “Jews will not replace us.”
You have to ask why MAGAs in Trump states like West Virginia, Mississippi, Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota, which have the fewest immigrants in America, are so afraid of immigrants.
Is it that they want to protect their culture from hardworking, American Dream-seeking immigrants like their grandparents? And who are reviving their dying communities?
The immigrants are not like us
What MAGAs mean is that today’s immigrants beckoned by America for a better life fail to be Irish, German, Italian, Slavic, Scandinavian, or other white Christian Europeans like they are. But Southern MAGAs still celebrate the forced immigration of people from Africa.
And many MAGAs might be lazily enjoying the fruits of the greatest nation ever because their forebears got here illegally.
Who can prove for sure? Back then, government bureaucrats rarely closed the borders and cracked down on immigration legality. America always needed cheap immigrant labor.
So all militant anti-immigration MAGAs are left with is simple, obvious racial bigotry. It’s ok, MAGAs, do you. Don’t let the radical woke left radicals devalidate your personhood.
