All due respect for the anti-shutdown rallies

A sarcastic friend paraphrases an old Bob Newhart joke:

“I don’t like Trump,” he says, “But I don’t mean to denigrate those who do. And for people who love Trump, denigrate means ‘put down’.”

That joke is mean and condescending. We need to be positive, respectful and supportive of our fellow Americans in this historically challenging time.

And bless their hearts, as they say in the South, the MAGAs are doing the best they can to support the greatest president in history who is doing the best can.

Protesters answering the call of billionaire-funded right-wing groups against the quarantining are being despised unfairly.

They simply agree with the historically greatest president ever that we need to reopen America to get back to work and away from our beloved spouses and children before we go all Jack Nicholson in “The Shining” on them.

Only socialist dictators like in Venezuela or from Vermont are happy when a free economy fails.

Few but the French are pleased with no jobs so they can sip all day and debate whether Descartes goes before .

Even a liberal columnist for the nasty lying said, “The protesters … have a point.” If I may take her comment out of context for my argumentation purposes.

While I wonder why some rally-goers need to bring military-grade semi-automatic assault weapons to a peaceful rally — maybe it’s just me, but it appears threatening —they’re not ignorant, selfish, reckless or over-compensating for lacking endowment, both penial and cranial. They’re simply expressing their individual freedom rights that surpass everyone else’s rights to not get really sick and die needlessly.

Tell me exactly where in the Constitution does it say people have to socially distance and wear face masks just because the government says so? Isn’t defeating tyranny why we fought and died in the Revolutionary War? And the War of 1812? And WWI, WWII, the Korean War, Vietnam, etc.? And lest we forget, as the libs try to erase history, the War Against Northern Aggression to protect the right to enslave people?

Where did our Founding Fathers say can’t crowd together and spray infecting mouth and nose droplets while screaming slogans and spreading a highly contagious deadly virus?

“Live free or die and don’t tread on me,” as Thomas Jefferson wrote in our Declaration of Constitution.

Naturally, the real people of America are triggering the nasty mobs of snowflake liberals who bleat like brainless sheep whatever their mainstream media says.

So as expected, the libs are hating the real people’s anti-shutdown rallies and saying nasty things like:

— “Sorry, guys, we’re worried you’re going to get the Covid, suffer and die.”

— “You do know you’re spreading the Covid to everyone and keeping it going, right?”

— “Obviously you’re aware you’re just extending the lock-down quarantining, promoting the thing you’re protesting against, right?”

— “Don’t you care about overwhelming the healthcare system and the struggling healthcare workers who are risking their lives to save our lives?”

— “Are you still happy you hated Obamacare, which guarantees care for people with preexisting conditions like Covid-19, and if so, why?”

These stupid hateful liberal questions and comments are hurtful. They victimize fellow Americans and simply parrot lying cable news commentators who aren’t on Fox.

What Rachel Maddow, leader of the mainstream media who represents the universe of journalism, nastily wants you to think about the shutdown protests is not the true real factual story.

Our most American self-sacrificing patriotic Caucasian citizens are smart good decent well-meaning people at heart, not knuckle-dragging troglodytes.

Maddow and other non-Fox mainstream media are selling a lying narrative: The rally-goers are saying that you, your parents and grandparents, and other people they don’t know and therefore don’t care about, should just die. So real hard-working Americans can get their jobs back. They’re sick of having to live like the poor hardworking non-whites they accuse of sucking America dry with their government entitlement handouts like unemployment and Medicare. They’re also blind to the irony and karma, which is not their faults, bless their hearts.

The fake mainstream media obviously is wrong. Yes, as everyone can see, evolution has not been altogether kind to the rally-goers, and a lot of people are saying this is just evolution’s way of culling the herd to advance humanity.

But the rally-goers have actually done a lot of deep thinking on philosophical levels about whether people should live or die to rescue Trump’s reelection.

If you listen closely at these rallies, you’ll hear comments like these:

— “Hey man, as J.K. Rowling from the Harry Potter movies said, ‘To the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure’.”

— “Dude, hear me out. Jimi Hendrix was a righteous shredder, right? He said, ‘I’m the one that’s got to die when it’s time for me to die, so let me live my life the way I want to.’ And he was black! Sorry, I meant ‘African American’, which I realize none of us here are.”

— “Being moved by Anaïs Nin since preschool, what struck me most was her insight that ‘People living deeply have no fear of death’.”

— “I daresay, my good fellow, the peerless, nay, transcendent Samuel Clemens, known commonly as ‘Mark Twain,’ was indubitably correct: ‘The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.’ So I say, bring on death as death may come. Charon, my good fellow, ferry me unto Hades!”

Lesson: Don’t judge lest ye know, as my grand-pappy I didn’t know didn’t say.

Let’s not denigrate people who endanger others with their stubborn righteous stupidity, for they’re also God’s Children like the rest of us. Bless their hearts.
